Since posting this I have watched Red, Inception, Machete, and Scott Pilgrim.
Inception to me was a major diappointment. I think Videodrome and EXistenZ were much more imaginative and exciting (and creepy) movies in this mind-journey sub-genre. Even with trains smashing through it, it was bland.
Machete and Scott Pilgrim were both awesome - both right up there with Kick-Ass, if not better!
Red was maybe at the Iron Man II level, maybe just a step behind. I liked it when I was watching it, but I have no interest in owning it (or maybe even in watching it again).

Thanks.

Iggy is from Ann Arbor, where the game sort of starts from, so I just couldn't resist. Expect a few more Michigan (and national) celebs to make appearances in the game, too.
Did anyone notice the radio station? WFKD. Guess what that stands for!!!

I've watched all the episodes, and I'm a fan of the show. Love Zombie movies... even the silly ones. Occasionally have the zombie dream.

Regarding the show, I still wonder what happened to the one-handed redneck. Is he going to make a showing in season 2? Did he lead the zombies up to the encampment for a sneak attack? So many questions.

There is some really good acting in this show. Kudos to them.

It was pretty cool. I had a problem with apparently how easy it is for anyone inexperienced to just jump in one of the old Iron Man suits and learn how to fly it so easily.

I hear ya about the Black Widow cravings. I'm right there with you.

I would now add Kick-Ass to this list, ranking it 5th! A great comic book movie, with a sequal already in the works.

My internet went down after the final performances. After watching them, I was convinced Michael Grimm would win and I was right. Unfortunately, you will just have to trust me on this. My theory was that Poppycock's final sucked, Fighting Gravity made a lot of little mistakes, and Jackie is just too young. Also, Grimm sang freakin' awesomely. Pretty impressive that he went from someone I didn't even have in the top ten to someone I picked to win it all. He just got better and better and had the best final act. America got it right. However, I think the off-stage advisers often got it wrong and messed up a lot of acts. Those who stuck to their own visions and styles did better that those that were 'directed'. I hope next year's talents realize and learn from that.
